Our Story

Via Real Productions, also doing business as Jim Rogers Consulting, was founded by Jim Rogers after seeing great success working with LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) creating professionally produced courses that have been watched by millions of people around the world. This comes after decades in the construction industry in various roles, followed by training, teaching, and consulting roles that expanded knowledge into occupational safety and health while serving as the Director of the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at ASU.

Areas of expertise include construction management and general occupational safety and health. We have widely watched video-based courses published on LinkedIn Learning in both topic areas. Jim has published many papers and articles in construction management and construction safety, and has worked with general contractors, trade contractors, trade associations, and labor unions producing content for training and education. This includes in-person delivery, on-demand videos, webinars, and other media types.

Our Approach

Jim Rogers career has taken a unique path that includes decades of experience in construction management and safety, followed by teaching multiple courses in the Construction Management program at Arizona State University, where he was able to form a cooperative agreement between the University and the U.S. Department of Labor to form an OSHA Training Institute Education Center. More recently, the opportunity to work with the incredible professionals at LinkedIn Learning to collaborate on the creation of world renown training content has added to the unique combination of skills.

Armed with these skills, we are able to analyze each client's unique needs and processes to develop solutions that achieve their desired goals. We prefer to work with clients to develop targeted content and materials, rather than recycle the same old content that has probably already been heard.
