Via Real Productions, also doing business as Jim Rogers Consulting, was founded by Jim Rogers after seeing great success working with LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) creating professionally produced courses that have been watched by millions of people around the world. This comes after decades in the construction industry in various roles, followed by training, teaching, and consulting roles that expanded knowledge into occupational safety and health while serving as the Director of the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at ASU.

The construction industry is responsible for developing the face of the earth to meet the ever-changing needs of its inhabitants. It's a large and diverse industry that gets criticized for being slow to adopt technology and for having very little gains in productivity over the past 50 years. Our goal is to change the way the industry is seen through education and collaboration while making tangible contributions towards improving the way the Built Environment is managed.
Jim Rogers, Managing Member at Via Real Productions, created and managed the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at Arizona State University, and continues to share this knowledge on occupational safety and health through content creation on industry leading platforms, consulting with construction companies, and in-person and on-line teaching.
